Company profile

ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) is an enterprise with a high level of manufacturing culture, successfully competing in the market of the Russian Federation and the far abroad. The Company`s products are supplied to such vehicle manufacturers as KAMAZ OJSC, AUTOVAZ OJSC, GAZ Group, UTES OJSC, UAZ OJSC and others.

The Manufacturing Facilities comprise areas which produce polyamide tubes, mold polyamide tubes, manufacture spiral tubing and spiral polyethylene tapes.

THE COMPANY`S HISTORY.

During 1997-2000, as commissioned by the R & D Center of KAMAZ OJSC, polyamide tube production industrialization got underway for the automobile industry. Prior to 1998, polyamide tubes had been purchased for export trucks only.

The year 2004 saw localization of pulsator tube for electric gasoline pump modules for passenger cars which used to be imported from Germany as a result of cooperation with engineering groups of AUTOVAZ and at their recommendation. During the same year the Quality Management System (QMS) of ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) was certified per the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 standards.

The year 2005 witnessed the commencement of implementation of ISO/TS 16949 requirements at the Company.

In 2008, OOO Tissan (Tissan LLC) developed a capability of supplying its products to all the key companies in the country`s automobile industry. The Company industrialized the technology of producing multiple ply plastic tubes for vehicle fuel systems with a view to enabling Russian vehicle manufacturers to meet EURO-4 and EURO-5 emission standards.

In 2008, the Company was certified for compliance with the requirements of the International ISO 9001 standard by Russian Register Certification Association. With Letter Ref. No. 201-2-14/21, ОАО All-Russia Scientific Research Institute for Certification, based on the results of the analysis of the functioning of the quality management system, confirmed the application of OOO Tissan (Tissan LLC) dated 28.02.2008. for conformity of its quality management system to the requirements of ISO/TU 16949 applicable to manufacture of polyamide tubes.

ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) is a member of the Volga Region Quality Club and a member of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of the City of Naberezhnye Chelny and the Trans-Kama Region.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Council for Awards and Prizes of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for Quality awarded ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) the Diploma «For Outstanding Performance in the Area of Quality. 2007-2008».

In 2009, ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) was decorated with the title «Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Quality Area».

In 2011, ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) had its quality management system certified for compliance with the ISO/TS 16949 requirements by BUREAU VERITAS Certification, an international certification body.

In 2013, ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) was again a recipient of the title "Laureate of the Prize of the Government of Tatarstan of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Quality Area".

At ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC), the integrated management system has been created which is compliant with the requirements of the following standards: GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008), GOST R ISО 14001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015), GOST 12.0.203-2007, OHSAS 18001-2007, certificates have been issued by the Certification Body for Integrated Management Systems of Saratov CSM LLC No. POCC RU.СМ22.К00071, No. POCC RU.СМ22.К00072, No. POCC RU.СМ22.К00073 dated June 22, 2018.   To meet the requirements of consumers and increase the efficiency of the activities of OOO Tissan, IATF 16949 management system was introduced and certified. The certificate was issued by Bureau Veritas Certification No. RUS-20069 / TS dated May 29, 2018.   ООО Tissan (Tissan LLC) is the winner of the Quality Award of the Republic of Tatarstan.
