Single Ply and Multiple Ply Fuel Tubes

 Advantages in Use of Plastic Tubes in Fuel System:

• resistance to various types of fuel: diesel fuel, gasoline, unpurified gasoline, spirits;
• low fuel permeability;
• retention of properties under the hood (up to 115°C);
• shock resistance at low temperatures (minus 40°C);
• good tightness in joints, easy to impart required shape to the tubes;
• resistance to zinc chloride (not prone to cracking unlike Polyamide 6 tubes 6);
• chemical resistance (to oils, lubricants, battery acid, ozone, etc.);
• resistance to mechanical effects (vibration, ageing, wear, etc.).

Tubes are supplied in coils, lengths (sections) and in molded condition. Tubes can be complete with quick-to-disconnect tubes supplied by VOSS (Germany). A.Raymond (France).
